Non-manchild mode?

So I just bought this game and have been really enjoying it. It's very solid in terms of gameplay and rhythm and all that. There is a problem however, the game is infested with chinese cartoon underage girl drawings... Is there a fix or alternative to this? Like, maybe replacing the chinese cartoon underage girls with non-sexualized robots or something? While the game is great seeing those drawings make me feel like a socially dysfunctional manchild for having chinese cartoons on my screen.

I mean... you kinda knew what you were getting into BEFORE you spent MONEY to PURCHASE the GAME! So why not just accept you're a socially dysfunctional MANCHILD, and play the damn game and have FUN!

Yeah man! This is the first chinese cartoon game I've played but it's payoff is worth the trouble for sure!
