character chips not showing/unlocking characters?

been getting a lot of the pillow character chips but they dont show up in my inventory nor or the character sheets and how many i have in total? and idea what to do, most of my locked characters show no chips collected but i know ive collected a lot since im nearly lvl 80

Having the same issue, can't seem to find any solutions anywhere :( will hopefully be updated with next patch

I'm now level 50 and have only two characters unlocked, likely for this exact reason. The game tells me I gained 5 pillows after completing a song. I look at the settings, then come back to song selection and it tells me I gained 2 baseballs even though I did nothing. I check my inventory: I now have 0 pillows and 2 baseballs.

Having the same issue, im supposed to have unlocked 4 of those books that unlocks Marija (playing as pilot Buro), but when i check her tab it shows 0/8

Hey, i don't know if this can help, but it happened to me too and i noticed it only happens (in my case) when playing with Buro, i've switched to Rin and leveled up and was able to get the chips
