The uploader is the one who made all the custom songs and hasn't publicly published them due to copyright issues. But since theres currently being a mod loader developed its maybe likely to see this stuff publicly soon.

well probably never get to play djpops charts, however the mod loader is done and has some custom charts https://discord.gg/PmJgAnnNXy
