Can't sign in to my account
For some reason my account got signed out, now whenever I try to log in using my google account it shows me this error:

This browser or app may not be secure.

Try using a different browser. If you’re already using a supported browser, you can refresh your screen and try again to sign in.

Any suggestions?

I finally got logged in with two factor authentication. Hopefully this works for others. When you get the "Couldn't Sign You In" screen click "learn more". At the new screen click the blue "Sign In" button in the top right and proceed to login there. It let me in with out having to use an app password but I still had to authenticate the login on my phone. Once you get signed in click the X in the top right to close the window and go back to the settings screen. Now click "Account" again in the game settings. Your account will already show up as a signed in choice. Click your account and you should be good to go.

I just bought the game today and it's giving me this same error trying to log in.

Same error here when trying to login with google.
I signed in with facebook instead (which i basically never usez except for Oculus)

Asfar as i know, you get send to the same servers anyway for leaderboards and such.
(Correct me if i'm wrong)

Same problem. I can't login to both google and facebook. I can't type my facebook password bc when I type in a number the page resets. :(

Nope, still the same. Hopefully they will release a hotfix soon or something.

I have the same problem.. just bought the game today and i thought it was really fun so i bought it as well on my phone. From phone it works to sync with my google account but on my steam account it doesn't work. I hope it will get resolved soon cuz i don't want to lose m progress from my pc version

i fixed it!
all you have to do is turn on "Less secure app access" on your google account!
head over to google.com, and click on your icon on the top right.
click on "Manage your Google Account", and click on the security tab on the right!
then scroll until you see "Less secure app access" and turn that on. Then wait abour 5-10 minutes and restart your game. You now should be good to go!
