Recommended Offset?
Recommended Offset for newcomers.

Now, sorry to necro this thread. My 144Hz monitor has 1ms grey-to-grey response time, would I set the offset ingame to +0.001, or -0.001? I also presume that the Offset value it uses is in milliseconds, yes? So can just set it to it exactly? At 1ms is it even worth adjusting the offset? I find I don't have any problems getting perfect except on really high-level fast songs at high difficulties
