3 base characters or just 1?
You start as Rin, but they advertize Buro and Marija. I see how to get other costumes of them, but how do you get the default basic skins?

same way as you get the other skins

just play the game and as you level up you'll receive the items to unlock the skins

Right, I get that, but I dont see skins for the base characters is my point. Unless Schoolgirl and Violinist are supposed to the base skins?

Yep. Bass Rin, Schoolgirl Buro, and Violinist Marija are the "base skin" versions for those characters.
