Muse Dash

When did you start alternating?
By alternating i mean alternating between both keys that are set for the same line. F/e i'm playing F and D for the upper line and J and K for the bottom line. And i kinda got the feeling that stacked notes (the ones that are almost overlapping) are quite hard if not impossible to hit when you're not alternating between keys. Coming from osu i know that this is a thing in rhythmgames once you got to a certain level of skill. Yet i find it quite hard using 4 buttons on muse dash compared to osu's 2 buttons. If you got any tips or small bits of advice i'd highly appreciate it.

I personally use left click / right click for down and up respectively, and A/D for the same on my left hand.

I only tend to alternate for I think 1/8 notes and up I think? Trying to do it the *entire* song tends to mess me up

There's also an argument to be made for using a V formation for the keys instead of a line. For example using FV for one line and KM for one line since this tends to leave the hands at a more comfortable resting position.

I never thought about the ergonomic point of view, that sounds like a smart decision! Thanks.

Keep playing song on master/ 7* with high bpm (mujinku - vacuum is a good one for practice) you'll get used to it
