Black screen when I open game

When I open the game, I get a black screen with a green border and the heart mouse. I've tried restarting my computer, closing and reopening the game, and even uninstalling and reinstalling. help.

Edit: I don't know what fixed it, but it's fixed now.

I have no clue, other than windows 10 and an i5. nv ti jue wang seems to have the problem and a configuration.

1080p 144hz +1080p 60hz monitor if that matters
not sure what else is important to list

Try turning off the steam overlay it seems to glitch the game.

I tried that just now, I even did discord overlay too. Didn't work.

this issue seems really odd.

unplugging my ps2 controller adapter fixed it for me. I have no idea why it would.

I think the problem has multiple causes, the closest I did to this was unplugging my drawing tablet, didn't work

I usually restart the game and it loads back up again.
