So, you can always refund within 2 hours/2 weeks, so why not give it a try?
The weeb ♥♥♥♥ is a big attraction to me not gon lie. I'll give it a try though.
I hate when developers can't be honest about what they are actually selling and coming to tricks like this.
I'm a big rhythm game fan and I've honestly never seen this much value from a game in this genre for this price before. $30 DLC is the norm, but you can expect to purchase a base rhythm game for $60-$80 anywhere else. Anyone who goes into this thinking it's just a demo and judges it as such either hasn't actually played the game or just doesn't know what they're talking about.
In what world is $3 for over 40 tracks, all elfin, & all characters unlocks a demo? The DLC is all the songs that were added after release of the base game on mobile in a package. Just because we have a choice to only buy the base game separate from the dlc unlike the switch release, doesn't mean it's "basically a demo". You get the full experience without the DLC and it's just 3 bucks if you didn't like what you played but if you did the DLC is there to add more. Don't go misinforming people.
Devs need to pay for the music licenses, you know.
So much misinformation in this post. The base game is most definitely NOT a demo. You get over 40+ songs, all characters, all unlocks and the FULL game. That is a ridiculously good deal for $3. The reason the DLC is so expensive is because it bundled ALL previously released DLC into one pack AND they added a "season pass" type pack to it so you get future music packs included in it as well. These devs are the very opposite of greedy and it completely amazes me people can be so entitled as to have opinions like this.
Agreed. That user played for 12 minutes (literally), and then proceeded to write a negative review. For a $3 game they claimed is 'really fun'.
The base game isn't a demo. It's a full game. Consider the DLC as extra stuff if you crave for more. That's it.
Like some said before, you need to play in order to level up. When you level up, you unlock songs to play. It doesn't take that much time to unlock every song. I've played for 3h+ and already unlocked every base song, as I played a lot of DLC tracks in Hard 5 stars to Master 10stars. You get approx 1 level each time you play a song for the first time.
And by the way, the DLC pack is worth the purchase too just for artists like Ginkiha, Haloweak and others. I just miss some Camellia and I'm good to go.
