Sync data between PC and mobile

I've bought this game both on Steam and App store, login using my google account.

But there's an issue here. After I played on one platform and then switched to the other, data seem not to sync from the cloud, they just show local data. I have to log out and log in again just for the game to start syncing.

Please add a Sync button and force the game on both platforms sync data from the cloud as soon as it starts running.

Mine doesn't sync at all... bet it feels nice to have a working function.

i bought muse dash on PC and then bought the android version, i tried to link my account but it appears that my level, characters, unlocked music etc doesn't sync

same problem here. I have iOS iPhone and iPad, PC and Android and all four were the same account with different saves despite syncing. It seems like it syncs to the could but doesn't sync downloads, so the only option I can find, other than complaining like now, is to make sure I log out every time and manually log in every time so that I can force the download with the cloud from whatever device I am on at that time.

I actually posted the same issue a week or so ago.
Since the last update, google data hasn't been syncing at all and it doesn't look like the devs give a damn about fixing it.
I had to switch from uploading to google to uploading via facebook and it works with that currently.
Until they fix it, this method will have to do.

It's important to note that DLC will not cross over, you have to buy it twice but your levels etc will transfer over.

anythign you bought on one, isnt reflected on other.
only thing you keep are your high scores.

i came from android, and my level didnt stick.

nah its should work both way around, either you come from android or pc.
its just does it in a very clunky way

I tried this -- android and the PC version, but my level from muse dash steam doesn't reflect my progress to the mobile. I don't know what the issue is, maybe it's just different on both platforms? It's unfortunate because I bought a miku DLC yet it's not showing on my mobile. :(

Hello! Is there perhaps a way that we players can link our account in both PC and CP? Because I recently bought a Hatsune Miku and I can't use it in my PC :((

Unfortunately noo, I think steam and cp have different ports :(( so sadly you can’t move your dlcs to other device.

I'm really confused with the syncing process. When I sign in it gave me three buttons. esc switch account and a third button i forgot what was said. So I don't know if I lost all my local data and made a new account with a different name/ID.
