I suggest change Fanning trait unlock level to lv.1 to make sure every one could shooting like a cowboy

Because I think this is a specialist of west world, even don't need to unlock, player could just use it when shoulderaimA_A

Thanks for the feedback, however given the impact this trait has on pistols, I think it is doubtful that we would drop it down to Rank 1.
