If you play solo, grab the maximum amount of bots, 3, and get used to ordering them around, it really increases your chances and speeds up exploration. The Demo bot also has a passive ability that nukes biomass randomly, so if you play with 3 or more biomass, either get weapons that help with that, like flamethrowers or rockets, or grab a Demo bot.
Destroying biomass also temporarily halts the wave timer, which means less special enemies to fight for you
Not that this should even matter as I just said, I played the exact same settings solo(twice), and then with an 8 man squad, and saw two completely different sides of the coin.
Right so. As I said. I was playing entirely solo. So Me. All by myself. NO ai. Why was there 1000 enemies on my screen by wave 3+?
