Im gonna keep asking questions cuz this is just not going right at all. So I researched the Sol Uplink waay earlier. But the Quest is telling me to REsearch the Sol Uplink...... What do I do. It also says something about firing it but fire where? The quest is not updating to Fire. Probably because I researched it before the quest.

i think i also did this, however it does shows up a somewhat special Icon next to the name of the Target Area

you have to shoot the big behemot thingy with the space laser if i remember correctly, you can either see it on the world map, or directly near the area name when aiming from space.

hmm, if you already researched the uplink it should have auto completed. (I would report that as a bug)

As for the beacon fire, you look for the region that has a special icon and fry that baby.

once you look up the list of targets in the solar, cycle through them. There is only one with an icon and its sorta noticable in the world map as well
