The link offered in the store page , however, does not work.

Where can I download this content?

I know this is a *very* old discussion, but the download link is still broken...

After some digging, I found these links in a 10 year old Reddit post:

The landing page that once contained these links apparently no longer exists, but the links still work. :-)

Now, there supposedly exists a "Developer's Edition" PDF that has additional commentary and some more artwork - if only somebody would post a link for *that*... :-)
