No mouse pointer in start menu

Can't even play! Start menu comes up but no mouse pointer to select new game! Tried to find "run as administrator" option and can't. Don't know what else to try...

I got it to work by unplugging my HOTAS

I had same problem but I just have to wait something like 30 seconds which I move my mouse around and press space bar which my mouse cursor shows up.

Hi there! Sorry for the late response. Usually you just need to click once the mouse or hit a key on the keyboard and the game should know, that these are the input devices. If this is not working in you keys, please cpntact our support directly and provide us with some more info so we can investigate. I hope this hellps and you can enjoy Larry latest Adventure from now on.

Problem was: No mouse, no keyboard right at the start screen. No clicking or typing changed anything.

The mouse pointer shows after about 10 seconds or so, very annoying.

I just picked this up on sale today and started it and no issues here. As soon as the game loads up I moved the mouse and there was the cursor for me. I didn't have to wait or click, just moved the mouse soon as it loaded. The only annoyance was the cursor was all the way on the left side of the screen for some reason instead of centered somewhere.

I had the same problem and it was also my HOTAS. I don't want to unplug 5 devices prior to play this game. So I used the tool HidHide (just google it) to hide all joysticks from the game. Then you just need to press space and the mouse pointer appears.
