Alright, so what about the screenshot tells you for sure the drag queen isn’t part of the joke? Let’s look at it for a second. She’s in a prison cell, is a pill popper and alcoholic if the table to the right is anything to go by, and has horrible taste in music, given the Lady Gag poster.

Have you played the game to know for sure this isn’t pulling a Larry 6 where Larry hooks up with a girl with extra equipment he isn’t previously aware of?

i love her i don't care what she's doin with her life. love her.

i feel like if someone put a lot of love into this character (as the person who designed her said she was their favorite to work on) that she isn't just going to be thrown into a joke.

Actually exactly THAT scene was one of our references where we said "We will not make these kind of jokes." or at least not comment on Larry's behaviour. As we said before: This is not Social Justice Suit Larry and he might behave like an ass BUT now the world will react to his actions.
I will not spoil anything about why the DragQueen is in jail but of course we will play with corny drag as well.
