You collect chests from your battle quests. The gold and silver chests require keys to open them.

You get the chests from playing the game. You passively generate keys every 2.4 hours which is 10 a day and stop generating keys once you hit 20 keys. Silver chests cost 1 key while gold chests cost 2. Bronze chests cost 2500 gold to open and the battle chest requires you to have premium battle pass to open.

Chests are obtained just by playing the game.

They are earned in all modes (Gauntlet, Solo and Team).

Chests have Gold, Resources and Gifts, and also a small chance of Mates.

Resources and Gifts are used to level up your Captain.
