I find that compare to before I am getting stuck in the mud and unable to get out of it. I also noticed that sometimes when reversing the wheels don't seem to grip yet I can just drive out forward direction no problem. Th reverse seems to haves no grip at all and there's almost no mud....

First of all - as for me the career mode was a great addition. Feels more like real lumberjack business. Maybe additional you could add selling stations with limitations - like a sawmill which will only take up to x m³ of pine wood or something like that. I guess thats even closer to reality.
