What do you mean? East server hello?
Most of us Aussies have 100-130 ms which is very playable
On West we got like 280 ms
If you are still experiencing high ping to East from Australia then its got to do with your ISP routing. It is sending your connection to america first then to singapore hence why you have like 300ms. Thats a you problem not an albion problem. All the other aussies that i know who play on east have no issues what to ever with bad connection
I'd like to know more about your internet provider, your local city, the route it takes to get to Singapore and whether you're using a ping reducing service.
Because as I am in Brisbane, and can confirm as well that on the launch page where you choose the server region, there was little difference between East and West, so I call bullSH!7 on what you've said.
120 is the average for aussies to Singapore. You’re ISP is routing you to America before you connect to singapore hence why are getting high ping similar to the west server
This is the reason. My ISP (Internode) has rerouted (I assume) in the last 24 hours and now my ping is worse than the west server at 350-400. Traceroute shows it's going via the US but I didn't run it before the issue. Will be calling my ISP tomorrow.
