These devs dont do that. It's why I stopped subbing. This is the only MMORPG where the devs just do not care about the community in that regards. I can count on one hand the amount of times that the devs have extended or gave premium to the community for issues.


You are dealing with a company that wants money, never mind if you are unhappy about the service.

Not trying to trash the devs, but I said it many times, this company does not show that they care about its customers. Best way to repay that lack of respect if by not giving them money.

They've done it plenty of times in the past. They just haven't said yet what they're doing about this time. They've had rather a lot of more important things to deal with over the last few days. Be patient instead of salty.
