Hi there, to enter the resource mist, you need to find the resource wisp first. It is a Verdant Will o' Wisp found in a Dynamic Resource Hotspot. It looks different from the normal wisp, so once you spot a green wisp, you'll know it's the resource wisp that will lead you to the mist with rich resources.
