Cannot connect to server

Hello, my friend and both cannot connect to server. I am located in India and I only just downloaded the game. My friend is in Germany, and he has the same issue. We tried repairing game files but it did not help.

Any suggestions?

Probably a temporary issue with the login servers or something. I can't connect either from US. Seems to be a Steam only issue maybe? I can connect from mobile.

Cannot connect through steam, it says to run steam in online mode..........

Download the client directly from Albion's website and you can play if you don't want to wait for the issue. I don't really see a good reason to play through Steam.

No suggestion, Same issue here and i just read a topic were the develloper blames steam and says u just have to wait till it fixes itself because they do not want to fix it.

It is 100% an issue with the albion online systems tho.

I just have 5 hours in this game so for me it is easy to just leave this game behind and play another game but people should be warned and think twice to play this game and invest time in when they are handling issues on their end like this.

Sorry to hear you had connection issues. These issues were on Steam's end though, so unfortunately we had no control over it. They have been resolved by now. Sorry for the inconvenience caused by this.

I downloaded the game via steam and well it tells me the anti cheat system is not allowing me to connect ... I also hear the mods and anti cheat system bans players on assumption ... This is a major problem and I hope you resolve it

Sometimes deleting the EAC folder in program files x86 can fix issues with EAC. It will prompt a reinstall.

I would imagine if you got banned it would let you know explicitly.

Do not uninstall Albion from Steam... after the last maintenance they probably made a mistake in configuring the permissions with steam, they will probably fix it at the next maintenance (if they notice the error) ... in the meantime download the client in website
