A fight against exploiters, botters, cheaters and other kind of ne'er do gooders is a neverending one. We do investigate these issues, and it's an ongoing arms race against more elaborate ways of bypassing detection. We do post reports about the results of this work, and you can find the latest one here: https://forum.albiononline.com/index.php/Thread/210566-Bans-Account-Security-Update-April-3/

Keep in mind when we say "we'll investigate these issues", it's not just a handwaive response to a report: we legitimately cannot say much more, because players who exploit and cheat read everything we write, looking for ways to avoid detection. Anything we say can and will be used against us in the future. So usually, all we can say is "Thanks, we'll check it out" and do the work in silence.

This is also why nobody believes us that Radars have been dramatically culled from the game. While I can't say they don't exist anymore, they're actually very rare now, but the historical bias remains. You can find a bit more information on Radars here: https://forum.albiononline.com/index.php/Thread/207759-Bans-Account-Security-Update-January-28/

Some players will slip through. Some exploits will take time before they're detected. Some RMTers will evade notice for longer than others. At the end of the day, this fight will never end. If you suspect any player using exploits, cheats or RMTing, please report them to us, it may help us in timely or more accurate detection in the future. You can do this either in game, or via our other channels like to support@albiononline.com, or on forum.[forum.albiononline.com]

One solution may be searching and form bigger groups and alienate every single player how are stupìd enough for using hacks.
But I guess for the "allmighty videogame cumsumer community" is to much for a task...

Devs in CS are aware of the hackers but "yet not solution".

Devs in WoW are aware of the hackers but "yet not solution".

Devs in Hunt: Showdown are aware of the hackers but "yet not solution".

Yet they constantly ban hackers in their games. Imagine if a hacker could, *gasp*, make a new account and keep doing it?!

When the devs create a tool to ban them, the hackers make a new tool to not get caught. And so it goes, on and on.

Best solution would be to hire hundreds of employees to constantly be online and monitor every player and ban them instantly if they are hackers, right?

Wrong. It costs a ton of money and there would be SO many cases where people would get banned for false information so that risk is not worth it to take.

Seriously, if it's an online game, there will be hackers. Well, not really "hackers", but someone who buys hacks online. Let's not call those dudes "hackers".
