Report a translation problem
Could you clarify if you were logged in on mobile using a mobile network? It's possible there are connection disruptions with your provider's network to our server. You could test this by connecting to the game on your PC through a mobile hotspot or by trying to connect using a VPN.
I tryed useing phone since ppl were saying server was running and I logged there no problem. Yes phone was on mobile network. PC is on diferent network
I tryed logging in on GF PC but it cant connect to EU server either.
I restarted router 3 times now.
The test server is also located in Europe. So most probably your internet provider has some issues with the traffic routes in Europe.
The devs have found an issue that most likely caused the "black screen" and "infinite loading loop" issue

Ppl asking you to resolve problems with connection for a few month!
The problem is 5 months old, I hope the developers find out about it and get serious about fixing it
Hello! That is not the same issue as it was before :) The issue I referred to in my previous answer had been fixed at the time.
The current issues are most likely caused by the recent incidents of data cables being cut throughout Europe.
If its available to you, I would advise to play on a VPN or Exitlag, that will help to route the traffic in the most efficient way and should help against the high ping.

But problems not resolved. Today still lags, reconnects and etc.
