The testserver copies the live version at irregular times. If your account wasn't active or was in a different state at that time (password reset or not created yet) you won't be able to access the testserver.

Hi Flarelight, thanks for ur answer. I created my account two weeks ago, when i tried play in server test, but when i press play, the game ask me, to create a new account. I follow the tips but the activate code never send

Hey there, it means that the testserver doesn't have a copy of your account if it was just created 2 weeks ago. You'll have to wait for another time when the live server is copied over.
