Verification code for different device issue
I've seen quite a few similar posts, but most of them from at least a year or two ago.

I started playing this game briefly, and used Ge Force Now for my last log in. When I tried to log in today through Steam, which is what I linked to Ge Force Now, it said I needed an authentication code for new device.

Unfortunately, that code never showed. And so I can only play this game using Ge Force Now, and would rather play through Steam since I may not always subscribe to GE Now.

Has anyone found a quick fix for this issue? I am hesitant to buy premium for this game and continue playing as a new player if this is an indication of future problems being blocked out of the game....

*I did go ahead and make a support ticket. I can still play through Ge Force but not through Steam, which is still the same account. I can't play through Steam or any other device without that code it seems. I will wait to make any purchases until I learn more about the issue and what might be triggering it.

**Still no progress on this issue. I went ahead and uninstalled. I don't feel comfortable spending money or giving card information to an organization that has such major technical issues concerning logging in/launching their game. The ad says you can play on multiple devices...obviously this is not the case if their verification system is bugged. I did receive email verification as well as support ticket automated message...so this is specifically due to logging in on a different device.

Hi!
If the verification code doesn't arrive, especially with steam players it usually means you are checking on the wrong email.
Make sure you check the email that is connected to your account and check if it went into the spam folder or in any filtered queues you may have set up.
If you cannot remember which email you used, our customer support should be able to help you out

Thanks for the reply. I did figure out the issue. It had to do with Steam connection with Ge Force Now and family sharing. Once I fixed the family sharing issue I was able to tog in on both Ge Force and through Steam without the need of the verification.. (definitely had the right email and checked spam as well. I would always do that first before making a post.)

This still doesn't explain why I never received the email. But I can access my account again.
