Nickname taken even after deleting character

I created a new character on the eu server but messed up the appearance. But after deleting it the game still says i can't use the name for another new character since it is already taken. Any idea how long it will take until the game notices that the old chracter got deleted? I deleted the chracter around 30 hours ago

I messed up too and deleted it but it was available straight away I actually messed up a second time and deleted it again and it still was ok so maybe someone has taken yours

but when i try to add the name as a friend the game says that no chracter with this name exists

cant really help with the Nickname side of things but was sure you could just change appearance under the appearance tab of your character in game.. or do they charge for that ?

Either way its not like you really see your character anyway..

Hello,

When you delete a character, the name is reserved for your account for 72 hours. This allows you to create a new character with the same name within that timeframe without any issues. However, this name cannot be used by another account until the three days have elapsed. So it seems that you tried to recreate your character with another account.
