I want to delete this account that I have but I can't log out is there any way to delete my account or do I have to delete my Albion account? The reason is because I don't use that email and I want to create another one with my main email, any solution?

Hello,

Unfortunately, you can't change the account associated with your Steam. To solve this situation, you can launch the game from the original client [albiononline.com] or change the e-mail registered to your account through our support team [albiononline.com].

Can I delete my account from the page? It will be deleted in 14 days. Can it work?

Your Steam ID is currently tied to the exact account. You can contact our support team and request to completely erase your account's existence. Then, indeed, your Steam wouldn't be tied to any account anymore. But you have to contact our support team directly from your account, or from the e-mail registered for your account.

Hello!

If you've lost access to your old email, you can request a change by contacting our support team at support@albiononline.com.

Keep in mind it might take some time for them to reply, but they usually aim to respond within 7 working days. Also, avoid sending multiple messages about the same issue, as it will push your ticket to the back of the queue.

I can't create a support ticket with my email registered to my Albion account, becuase I forgot the password and I don't know my characters name to even have it reset. It is also tied to my steam and I don't know how to untie them to make a new account and play on my current steam profile. I'm currently going through the hassle of trying to talk to some employees via another email, but I keep getting told to create another support ticket with the email registered to my main Albion account. Which I can't get into and have explained it twice already that I can't log in because again.... can't remember my password and my characters name....

Hi!
Do you still have access to the email itself? (not talking about your albion account)

Support doesn't need you to contact them through the website, all you need to do is to send them an email to support@albiononline.com from the email that was connected to your account.
So as long as you still have access to your email account itself, your should be able to do that.

If your email was hacked or you just lost access to it another way, then you will have to go through the account verification process (what you are currently doing). After all, we have to make sure that the account you want to regain access to actually belongs to you :)
