Unfortunately, you can't change the account associated with your Steam. To solve this situation, you can launch the game from the original client [albiononline.com] or change the e-mail registered to your account through our support team [albiononline.com].
If you've lost access to your old email, you can request a change by contacting our support team at support@albiononline.com.
Keep in mind it might take some time for them to reply, but they usually aim to respond within 7 working days. Also, avoid sending multiple messages about the same issue, as it will push your ticket to the back of the queue.
Hi!
Do you still have access to the email itself? (not talking about your albion account)
Support doesn't need you to contact them through the website, all you need to do is to send them an email to support@albiononline.com from the email that was connected to your account.
So as long as you still have access to your email account itself, your should be able to do that.
If your email was hacked or you just lost access to it another way, then you will have to go through the account verification process (what you are currently doing). After all, we have to make sure that the account you want to regain access to actually belongs to you :)
