Cant Enter world, black screen. Anyone with this problem help please

i have two character. I cant enter world using my main character but my other character seems to have no problem. When im trying to enter my main character, the screen turns black. Last city my main character is in martlock. something happens with the server or is it just me?

Hi, you can try using a gaming VPN to "unstuck" your other character. Once you're able to login using that character, move it to a different location. You can now play as usual without using the VPN.

Are you playing an an older laptop with a geforce gpu on it?
Probably need to update your GPU drivers. For whatever reason the laptops do not update drivers on their own.
