Highlight:

[Experimental] Added new hotkeys for character movement: "Walk Up", "Walk Down", "Walk Left", "Walk Right".
These optional hotkeys are unbound by default.
Keyboard movement was added due to being commonly requested, we're looking forward to your feedback on this basic implementation.

As someone who has been playing Albion in spite of the controls, using a controller (Not a fan of Click to move, and controller works but gimped in some situations) having controls I actually like is a game changer for me.

Honestly feels like a new game for me trying it out on the test server
