Whats up with the Chests?

Try to open them, they auto close on me, can't get any loot.

its a delay for window to pop up so after it open don't press it again just wait

Tried all sorts of ways, every now and then i can get a chests.
Majority of the time when im in a group the chest will bug out.

After 40 seconds everyone is able to get the loot out, very weird.

Damage will interrupt opening the chest. Make sure you only click once. The loot window will automatically open after the interaction bar fills up.

If you're in a group and the chest won't open for you, it's because there's nothing in it for you.

Nah you cant open the chest with enemies near or alive or whatever that .5 seconds message that pops up says.

Thats what i thought, but..
We have had this happen so often now that we have had incidents of only 1 person has been bugged while everyone else is able to get their loot except 1 person and then we wait 40 seconds and are able to collect the bugged loot.
So loot is there but the person is unable to take it.
The game does a horrible job at showing that a person has no loot if this bug is being confused with an empty chest.

And alot more people are complaining about it.
Hell you can watch it happen on Twitch, because its happening to streamers.

Hi!

As was mentioned here before, usually if you cannot open a chest it means that the chest doesn't have loot allocated for you.
After a certain amount of time it unlocks for everyone in the group to take, that's why you can pick up loot after a while. So you are actually picking up the loot that your party left behind.

The communication in the game about this is a unintuitive for sure, qa is aware of that and we are working on a solution for it :)

We have had alot of issues with the chests.
The visual/mechanic of opening a chest is a tiny window, along with the bugs it seems to visually indicate it has.
Any time we are doing group activities with a chest involved it always has someone call it bugged because there is no loot in there for them.
Alot of our new players get bored and stop logging in, they assume the game is full of bugs and exploits.

Chest glitch is as old as the game !! its one of these things that will never get fixed , but atleast after some 2 min others can pick up your loot and trade if they fair !
