me too, i dont have problem playing on mobile devices. only steam version im still stuck on "failed connect to the server"

hi, im still cant login on PC version. the game won't me connect to the server after input my password to link my steam account.

it said

"an error occured while trying to connect to the albion servers. please check your connection or try again later"

Could you tell me if you created your in-game account through steam or through the Albion Online Website?

If you created the account through the website you cannot through steam and instead just get a generic error message (we are working on improving that currently)

If you don't have issues when connecting from other places, it means your Internet Provider has issues with connection to our server. Please contact your ISP to clarify the situation.

Hello, Can you please clarify what kind of issues you're facing?

Server connection issues and lag when playing or sharing the map with other players.

Currently I have managed to solve the problem by installing the game on my SSD drive instead of my solid drive.

Reduced the lag up to 80% and eliminated the delay when sharing the map with other players, although the reconnection still persists, now it connects faster to the map when reconnecting.

Just please remove the 15 second timeout when reconnecting because of the server ;)

Have never been able to get this game to let me in :( I'm in Australia and can't get past the server screen, it just says the server is "temporarily unavailable"

Can you please clarify if you've created your account directly on Steam, or on our website\mobile?

Unfortunately, native accounts and Steam accounts are not compatible. So, if you initially created your account on the website\mobile and then tried to log in on Steam - the game will not let you in and will show you the "Failed to connect" error.
