Can someone tell me what a "Deep road of avalon" is?

So I have been trying to get the achievement called far down the rabbit hole but I have no idea what a deep road of avalon is. I have been to the roads and never gotten the achievement. Can anyone please help??

It like the end of a road, when you go to a portal in the roads they have symbols on the circle tablets around them, a deep road's symbol is a circle with only 1 road coming out of it.

this might help you out a bit, the icon for deep road is called sanctuary.
