after years I try to logg in; they send an email to an emailaccount I dont have anymore: NO oppotrunity to change an emailaccount or something else! Also not able to make a new account!!?? Very nice. Standalone client doesnt work on my PC; also help from Albion online itself coulndt help to make the game run! No more words.
If you originally registered your game account via Steam, the email associated with your account is the same email connected to your Steam account. However, if you've changed your Steam email after registration, things might become a little complex.
Please note, if you registered your account on the website, and not through Steam, you won't be able to use that account with Steam, they are incompatible.
Here are a couple of suggestions to help resolve the issue:
1. Check the email associated with your Steam account for the confirmation code.
2. If the above step doesn't yield a solution, please reach out to our support team via email at support@albiononline.com, ensuring you contact them from the email associated with your Steam account (if you've changed Steam e-mail, please still use the old e-mail).
Our support team will be glad to assist you further.
Hello,
You can change your account e-mail by contacting our support team support@albiononline.com.
Already tried. You guys ignored me and I felt compelled to uninstall. Thought it might be fun to come back to a game I invested some money and time into but, guess you guys don't want people to return. Thank you for answering but it's all a little too late now. I sent two emails to your CSR team but received nothing back, so probably just ignored.
