Are there any guilds which share loot fairly?

I used to play this some time ago until the game became very laggy and wasn't playable any more. They have fixed the servers now and there are almost no interesting upcoming mmorpgs so maybe I'll come backto AO. But I was never able to find a good guild. I tried so many guilds but none of them was fair about sharing loot from pvp. It's usually loot as much as you can before someone else does. So you have to be selfish and loot while others are fighting. Even if they say that's not okay, they still make exceptions for some people (corrupt). Another guild would bring the loot to a chest and then on countdown everyone can loot as much as they can, not fair. Another one only the leaders could loot so they can use that to reimburse everyone who died in pvp like zvz, but then they don't give you reimbursement and tell you to just use some cheap staff instead. Also would prefer a guild where the leaders are in EU and most members are EU.

Recommend checking out the albion online discord and talking to some of the EU guilds on there. Good chance you'll find what you're looking for on there, and I find the in game guild finder tedious to use at best.

Most guild that i've been with have used loot-splitting bots w/ silver payouts- its a very nice system and it'd be worth asking about when picking a guild to try out, imo.
