What do you do when there's no npc or quest available to talk to?

I just finished a bunch of quests on my T2 character but it says there's no more quests at the moment. Where do I go? Is there something I missed?

albion has no quests except for the startig part. If u completed all of them u are free to do whatever u want ur character to be. You want to be a blacksmith? go farm some minerals and craft weapons, armor or tools. You wanna be Bandit? Level ur Skills to get at least T4 Equipment and hunt for traders or Farmers in Red or Black Zones (it`s better to do this in a group of people). You wanna be an animal breeder? Get your personal island, build the required buildings and start ur life as a farmer :D
There is so much to do but no quest to hold your hand and tell you what to do. You need to set your own goals.

Ah okay, so how do I exactly level to T3 and T4? Do I just farm mobs and kill stuff as the fast way? or do I need to do something specific.

get used to the destiny board, there you can see all the skills.

If you gather fiber, your level in fiber gathering will increase and you can use better tools to gather higher level tier fiber.

If you craft swords your level in sword carfting will increase and you can craft higher level tier swords.

if you kill mobs with an axe, your axe level will increase and you can use higher level tier axes

etc.........
