It's possible to play the fishing minigame using the keyboard?

I have tried to use the native window's ease of acess tool to simulate the left click with the 5 key, but there's no key to simulate the hold down of the left click. There's no option to do this with in-game configuration? Can I do that with 3rd party program without being banned?
