Mount Skin Preview

Shows that I own a Hell Mare yet when I press "Apply" getting back to the game, my previous horse doesn't change to the Hell Mare. what am I missing?

Make sure it's the right horse type and that the skin is active. You can check your skins by clicking on your player portrait, going to "appearance", and then selecting the Hell Mare for your mount skin under Riding Horse.

I tried that to no avail. Is anyone else having this issue?
