seeing the same. it first happened when i left a city exit - black screen, with music, and my cursor. When I alt F4 and restart the game, it bypasses my character select screen after loading and goes straight to the black screen with cursor and music. I have repaired, reinstalled through the launcher, and uninstalled/reinstalled through steam with no luck

okey so reinstall game dosnt work , its only lets me make new character instead auto login me on my char that is stuck in market >.>

I did the repair, reinstalled the game, changed the name of the file in the steamapps common folder, deleted everything reinstalled again the 5th time. still nothing worked, it says data corrupted and stops downloading at 97% everytime.

run "sfc /scannow" which will fix windows corrupted files. Blank screen could mean loading very slow. open task manager and look at performance. how busy is CPU, GPU, how much free memory available.
