Inventory Overloaded

Hi all
I'm sure I must be missing the obvious. in the tutorial I have a lot of logs and stone, plus copper ingot and hide, which is slowing me down. I assumed I was collecting it to give to the ship builders. but having turned in the quests, I still have a heavy load of it.
I can't see a merchant to buy it and the "market" seems to be an auction house affair.

You can also store the resources inside the town chests, then transport it later on to the nearest city you'll be settling in. Only your character has access to the town chest, so you don't need to worry about anyone taking them out.

Also as a note Badger in this game you don't sell anything to "merchants" ever.

Everything (pretty much) is bought at the Martketplace and everything you have is sold at the Marketplace (what you called an auction house). So don't feel weird about selling stuff there :)

That's where all the buying and selling is done!
