Not showing weapon skin

I just bought The Eggsecutioner weapon skin for 2k gold. Why the skin is not showing outside of city and in battle ? Is there any way to make them show ?

Wardrobe skins mostly follow the same visibility rules as mount skins, with a few notable exceptions.

First and foremost, armor skins apply to your character no matter what you wear underneath, meaning skins will also be visible on a naked character.
When wearing weapon skins in main hand and/or offhand slots, these skins will always be visible while in any city cluster, including islands and hideouts. While outside of these "safe" areas, your character will be displayed with the actual equipped weapons and only switch to vanity equipment once a vanity spell with an animation is triggered. So if you ever felt destined to run through the black zones as an innkeeper wielding a great warhammer, now you can do that ;).

Is there any way to make weapon skin show all the time ? Including out of city yellow red black zone and during fight. I want to look cool and different hahah
If it only in cities then there is no point of getting weapon skins. It would be nice if people can show their weapon skin while fighting.

Other people will more than likely not see your skin anyways since most have vanity skins turned off in unsafe zones (They wanna see what gear you're wearing in one glance)

Skins are purely for yourself except in cities.

Should be possible, i can see mine no matter where i am. Should simply be able to change it in your settings? I wouldn't know otherwise.

Yes I setting for showing all. All skin like chest, hat, horse those are always showing but for weapon skin it disappear every time when I enter YZ-BZ.
