Alt and Island sharing question.

So my main is premium. My alt is not. I bought island with main and gave alt permissions to everything. The problem is when Im on my alt he cannot see the island to go to it. He can see all his friends islands and guild, but I cannot see my main characters island which he has full access to and is co-owner. Anyone know why I cant access my island with my alt

Try adding your alt as a visitor on the personal island permission menu. Don't forget to click Save to keep the changes.

When you're on your alt, did you check the third tab when you talk to the Island Manager? If you're using the Travel Planner your main's island should also show up there if you scroll through the list.

I found out the problem. I was adding him via the house document. Didnt know there was a bulletin board on dock to do house editing.
