Maybe someone else can chime in on that and educate both of us.
Runescape did once have a spin-off called Darkscape that was PvP everywhere, but that was discontinued, unfortunately.
Some worlds are PvP everywhere too. Some even being high risk, which are full loot. You can swap between these at any time, so if you feel like going out to PvP you can gear up and swap to those worlds - or just go to the PvP zone
Some people even make characters that they only play within PvP worlds, though this is a player made restriction that technically you can break / cheat at any time and no one would know.
Edit: To answer OP, the only game that personally comes to mind is New World, but that isn't out yet and the current test servers are only up for another ~week or so.
Some people have been comparing it to Albion (haven't played Albion myself yet, but I can see some similarities for sure) - but the PvP is opt-in. As far as we've seen, the entire world is accessible with PvP disabled. There are PvP features, such as PvP quests and Wars (50v50 PvP) which you'd be missing out on if you didn't want to engage in PvP at all.
Though the PvP is also much more forgiving, you lose literally nothing upon death other than having to respawn back in town. (All of this is subject to change however)
I started playing runescape yesterday, its fun and not focused on combat/pvp like albion, but in there premium is 22m while in here its 8m. I don't know if i can make 22m there, i mean you can farm cow hides and sell them for 850gp each and they are super easy to obtain but i don't know thats too much cow hide farm ahahaha. I also find quests are fun too but yeah really don't know. But i feel like its way better than albion.
Getting membership in runescape without spending a cent can be fairly challenging/time consuming, though it is possible within a few days but generally requires some greater knowledge to do it that quickly.
Though once you've become a member for the first time and are a decent level, it becomes much easier
As a defender inside corrupted dungeon, you have two option to win 1)defeat the invader or 2)destroy these summoning crystals(appear on map a bit of a glow to them) that spawn in as the invader enters.
Speaking from experience, yes it is hard to defeat the invader since I tried once and fail but on my 2nd attempt I just did a rush for the summoning crystal and broke 3 of them and the invader got sent back to their own dungeon. The loot wasn't worth it either(running Hunter difficulty in blue or yellow zone) and maybe if this was a corrupted dungeon in red/black zone might be worth it since doing a regular green(solo) dungeon in red/black usually says "let me gank you with my 2 friends vs u alone."
this makes it so that without hardcore pvp albion wouldnt be albion which means what you are looking for is a hard find.
you might be able to find something similar but not the same.
another option is to choose... albion, there are plenty of non pvp player doing trading and gathering, some pvp free and some with risk of being ganked.
