Yes it is possible, the main set u have to obtain is a T4 or T4.1 to heal good even in Black Map dungeons, and to obtain it you don't need a lot of fame... just focus in which set you want to level up and use that only (so you level it faster), focus on mobs mechs and you will be ok... and about PVP it's difficult to say but it will help, you wont be the best but is okey.

join a guild and they will instantly welcome you to dungeon content as a healer or tank
if you do red or black zone dungeons you should reach T5-T6 in a few days or so

Yes it is easy. (i mean to level it up to become efficient)
If you play the game, dont skip the tutorial.
Press B to access Destiny board, there you'll see every weapons etc you can train.
Check in the upper half, in the left part there is healing items.
You'll exactly need a T2 novice fire staff and then a T3 Journeyman holy staff if you want to be a priest healer (there is druid too)
You can see every items in the Destiny board so choose the healing staff you prefer and save money for it.
You can use/mix every weapon and armor.
Your skills are based on your weapon and armor.
There is Tiers, T2 to T8 each being more powerful.

Search on the wiki about the color of the zones. some are full loot pvp.
Blue and yellow zones are safe, red and black zones are not
