I have Albion on Steam, can I buy gold through their website?

I have Albion downloaded through Steam, and I would like to purchase the $10 monthly premium special, and some gold. Am I able to purchase it through their website and it go through my Steam account?

You can yes. You can access it in game and purchase it there via the interface.
However I would personally recommend not buying anything until they get the server issues with the DDOS fixed.
