Where are solo dungeons?
i have tier 4 gear and i cant find any solo dungeons.. any suggestions?

Some are in town at a guy near a portal.

There are the Expeditions referred to above. At each town square, look for two sorcerers shooting lightening from each side of a portal.

Alternatively when looking on the Global Map see the Caves/Tents with the Green Glow.
This green glow indicates soloable while Blue indicated 5 man.

Do not mistake these for Tunnel passes tho.

Beyond those there is not much implemented specifically for solo.
