game went f2p on steam, went to download from the site like i usually would, albion download servers were down, downloaded on steam, and the game FORCES you to create a new account and lose all your progress gg

Ok, so what you are saying is that your limited access is 100% preventing you from downloading the standalone launcher, even when you try to download it when you do have access. A solution was presented and all I saw was you saying "No, not possible" even though you could have tried at the same time frame on a different day.
