How to make uncommon pine planks

I am looking to make a T4 weapon and I saw the enchant 1 2 and 3 and Im wondering how to make uncommon planks.

You need to gather or buy the appropriate resources. When you are exploring the world, you might see resource nodes with a green/blue/purple aura (looks like a bunch of butterflies turning around). These are Uncommon, Rare and Exceptionnal, usually refered to X.1/2/3 (X being the Tier of the item).
