Don't join any random guild, I have heard there are guilds that abuse new players to tax them heavily. And leaving a guild will put you on a timer that won't let you join any other guild for like a day or two.

Surprisingly I had the opposite experience, but probably just got lucky. I got a random invite and I usually decline those, but for some reason I had a feeling. When I joined they had a discord, and I joined that, and got in a group doing dungeons. We ran 3 dungeons, and went to the black zone after for pvp. I went from T2 to T6 gear in a few hours, and ranked up a ton of my skills lol. The guild peeps were really friendly as well, and only charged a 10% tax.

Can i join your guild? What city most of your members are? Im at bridgewatch cuz that’s where my items are stored, i can adjust tho

Every place has its own common resource.
Lymhurst area: Wood
Martlock: Stone
Bridgewatch: Hide
Swamp ♥♥♥♥, forgot name: Fiber
Mountain ♥♥♥♥, forgot name too: Ore

I'd pick a resource that seems like something you want to gather, and move to that area, get your gather level up for a source of income, doesn't need to be too high yet.

Now in the major cities, there's a portal that leads you to expeditions, if you press ''N'' whilst in a major city, it'll show you the map better and somewhere should be a blue portal, its quite obvious.

There's single player expeditions (Dungeons) from tier 3 and up but you can easily do it with tier 2 gear. From this you'll receive Fame (Exp) That will level up your combat levels such as your weapon you have equipped and the type of armour you're using and also it gives a bit of silver to start off with.

Nah. As I said I was only T2 when I joined, and they helped me get up to t5 quickly. I had only been playing 3 days lol.

You don't have to rely on Guilds to have fun in groups. By pressing M, you can find world dungeons, like the many keeper dens and undead crypts. Every capital has an undead dungeon 1 tile away.

You should go to these dungeon entrances and just wait. Say "Dps looking for group", or whatever role you choose, and wait for a team. Add people you enjoy the company or efficiency of. Very soon, you'll have LOADS of people you can call up in a jiffy.

The logical progression of solo fighter characters is follows:
-Get to Tier 4
-Go to local dungeon and add nice strangers who do well
-Create a few teams from your new friends, and steam doing dungeon maps (tier 4 and 5) regularly
-Faction Flag to do some dungeons. It's exactly the same as regular dungeons, but with the added danger of getting ganked, and the added reward of an item worth around 60k.
-Get your very best team and try a black zone dungeon.
-You and your very best friends now regularly take down aspect guardians and black zone dungeons! :D

Althought next week they're bringing in solo dungeons. Yay :3

Do not gather or craft. Go into dungeons and earn money by fighting. Its easily enough to buy all future eq.

There's literally nothing to do but grind

Quit before you waste 50 hours and realize you hit solo endgame.

You can say that about literally any game out. It's if you enjoy that grind or not.

Since now im almost a week old in albion... i also thought that grinding and i mean grinding like getting hides etc then sell then do it over again is bad and boring and you will not enjoy the game much... but if you mean grinding for upgrading your stuff by going to some dg/hellgates/even pvp, that’s what i want and what im doing rn because 1st, you enjoy the game(i like pvp and going to some dg and hellgates then fight)... 2nd, you also make your items upgrade by killing mobs,... 3rd, you can also get silvers so it’s a win-win for you, youre having fun and at the same time you are lvling up your gears and making silvers unlike grinding by gathering then sell, gathering and sell then do it over again... tho gathering and sell is productive because you make tons of tons of money but for me it’s boring... i like adventures and fighting a lot

This is my opinion so no need to be mad if you disagree with me
