Razer Blade laptop with 4k screen - no resolution settings

I cannot play this game because the UI is so tiny. My laptop resolution is fine, and everything is set to 100% in-game - but its very hard to read everything being so small. Why are there no resolution settings within the game to increase size?

Have you tried the UI scaling? That will let you keep the high resolution on everything, but increase the size of the UI. Don't forget to press apply and restart the game.

UI scale is at 200% and still the same size. I have a screenshot but it wont let me post it here.
